Policies and Guidelines
Shipping
I dispatch orders the next business day, allowing for 24 hours opportunity for cancellation.
In the case of custom orders, timeline will vary by product and will be addressed with the customer individually.
During shipping please be patient, especially during the holidays or severe weather.
UK shipping: 2-3 business days.
US shipping: 7-9 business days.
EU shipping: coming soon
Returns & exchanges
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, except in the case of earrings and custom pieces.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and include a picture of the item and the packaging. Depending on the damage and what you wish to do, I will either replace your item if possible or issue a full refund upon return. If you wish to keep the item as is, I will issue you a partial refund of 25%.
Exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.
Cancellations
24 hours are reserved for cancellations, after which orders are packed and sent out to ensure speedy delivery.
Lost package
If your package does not arrive, and the tracking has not updated in a while, let me know and I will get in touch with the delivery company. If it still does not arrive within a few days, you can choose between a refund or replacement where available.
If the package hasn’t arrived, but the tracking shows as delivered please check with your neighbours as sometimes packages will get delivered to the wrong adress. I am not responsible for packages claimed as lost when the tracking shows as delivered. And as such, you will not receive a refund in this case.
Privacy
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
To fulfill your order or communicate to you about it;
For legal reasons (such as paying taxes).
Pricing
Prices are carefully considered and so non-negotiable.
Materials
The materials I generally use are a variety of gemstones, glass, wood, stainless steel, brass and copper - either tarnish resistant, raw or oxidized, or plated with silver or bronze. See product descriptions for specific information.

In some cases, such as with ear wires, I may be able to offer a hypoallergenic option upon request.
